This Saturday is the second installment of our Third Saturday Free Workshop/Reading/Open Mic Series. Michael Dylan Welch will lead the workshop from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The Reading and Open Mic runs from 6:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The featured Poets are Michael Dylan Welch and Michael Schein. The Open Mic means audience members can sign up on a list and read for approximately 3 to 4 minutes (usually poetry). More Details and author/poet bios on the EVENTS page (Click on December 17th).

Thanks for making our Holiday Party a big success! We had award winning children’s author Dori Butler, Y.A. Fantasy Author Janet Carey, Best Selling Authors, Robert Dugoni (7th Cannon, Tracy Crosswhite series & David Sloan series) and Paula Becker (Looking for Betty McDonald) and local author Carmine Valentine with us. We’ve got lots of great books to give as gifts including autographed books from the authors who were at our holiday party and others like Michael Schein who gave a memorable presentation (on Sunday, Dec. 11th) about his non-fiction book: John Surratt: The Lincoln Assassin Who Got Away.
