Inclusion, Diversity, Equity or IDE. What is it? What YOU need to know. Why it's important. Why it matters right now. Millions of people strive to make a difference in workplace diversity and inclusion. And with this practical, leader-friendly framework, Daily Practices of Inclusive Leaders will equip readers with the actionable tools they’ve been searching for.

With DAILY PRACTICES OF INCLUSIVE LEADERS (available after May 28th pre-order available), readers will learn the seven insights for leading inclusively, the importance of harnessing daily wisdom, heart, and courage, and how to overcome hurdles on your inclusive leadership journey. So many leaders struggle with how to make ID&E effective, how to integrate this work into business strategies, and how and when to hold people in their organizations accountable. Leaders often think adding ID&E means adding work to leader’s already full plates. What differentiates this book from all other ID&E books is that Pate and Stutz show leaders, people managers, and those who are passionate about building an inclusive, equitable, culture of belonging, this work can be accomplished with small actions -- small pebbles dropped daily, pebbles that create ripples, ripples that generate waves of positive change. The work that drives real change is accomplished through daily practices built into the rhythm of the business, woven into the fabric of the employee lifecycle, e.g., recruiting, hiring, talent development, and retention.
