Roy R. Seitz -Roy earned a living as journeyman carpenter and has been a featured performer throughout the Northwest for many years. Pre-Covid he was hosting the monthly Poetry for the People gathering in Eugene Oregon. His poetry collection: Right Here Right Now now in its third printing reflects his experiences as a sniper in the Vietnam War. Another collection of poetry is forthcoming from Utter Chaos press.

...from Kathryn Grace Bond: The vibrancy and immediacy of Roy's work will stun you This is neither a political rant nor a therapeutic exercise. These poems do not say: “War is terrible” or “War is glorious,” they simply say: “This is war.” Roy’s storytelling is unflinching — definitely not for children — but wending through these poems is a deep respect for life and an enigmatic hope."

Oh and most important... Roy did a lot of work in remodeling BookTree including most of the work on all the booksthelves (in 2016)!
