Kristin Dibeh is a long time resident of Kirkland, a highly experienced Doula and Childbirth Educator, and a local Author. Her book, “Expecting Kindness” is a curriculum for childbirth preparation and is available here at BookTree.

She will introduce the book (the new edition was released in the Autumn of 2017) and answer any questions you may have about it. She is also prepared to talk about the the advantages of having a doula attend you and your family during your birth and provide plenty of time for a Q & A.

Kristin is an open book and there is no question (about birth) that is off limits! Write them down and bring them in. She will also provide a box to submit questions you may be too shy to ask out loud!
