Jared Leising will be leading a particularly insightful workshop from 4:30 to 6 pm INSIDE OUT : This workshop will focus on some lessons learned and taught (from Jared's experiences) while working with incarcerated writers.

Bios
Jared Leising grew up in the Midwest, and is the author of the chapbook—The Widows and Orphans of Winesburg, Ohio. Before moving to Seattle, he received his M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Houston. Since 2000 he has been teaching English at Cascadia College and this past year he’s been co-teaching a creative writing class for women at the King County Jail.
Carol Levin’s published three full volumes of poetry “An Undercurrent of Jitters” just released July 2018, from MoonPath Press. “Confident Music Would Fly Us to Paradise” MoonPath Press and “Stunned By the Velocity” Pecan Grove Press. Also chapbooks, “Red Rooms and Others” Pecan Grove Press and “Sea Lions Sing Scat” Finishing Line Press. Recent and forthcoming poems; Switched-On-Gutenberg, Pirene’s Fountain,“The Lake (UK),” “The Poeming Pigeon, A Literary Journal of Poetry,” “The Literary Nest,” and others. Her work’s been widely published in journals and anthologies, print and online, in Russia, New Zealand, Germany and the US.
